SUPERMANNA SMOOTHIE
With our fast-paced lives and daily stresses sometimes our eating habits get out of whack and we forgo a healthy breakfast. We drop the kids off at school, then head to the nearest coffee shop and order our favorite caffeinated drink and pastry. By the time we roll into work we are high on caffeine and sugar, and within a few
hours we find ourselves needing another fix. This poor habit soon takes a toll on our bodies and malnourishment takes over, we become sluggish, unmotivated, tired, and as a result we start noticing the unwanted weight gain. Our bodies deserve more! What our bodies deserve is a healthy breakfast loaded with antioxidants, photochemical, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and plant-based protein. This is a recipe to success! One way to incorporate health, but fast, breakfasts is to start making nutritious smoothie that will give our bodies the needed nutrition for the whole day. Give it a try and lets start drinking nutritious rich smoothies.
Instructions:Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Recipe will make 4 servings.
