PURCHASE/RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be scheduled to ship the following business day. (Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, International customs are constantly changing their policies. Therefore, Modern Manna health is not liable for duties and taxes or lost/seized orders due to customs refusal. We recommend that you contact customs before placing an order.

Please allow 7-10 business days after the product leaves our warehouse for delivery on ground orders.

Products that are not included in shipping offers: Neuro Biologix and Ultra Aesthetics products. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly accept the return of unopened/unused products, excluding shipment.

We apologize, but returns or replacements are not available for international orders.

HOW WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
If you ordered by credit card, you will receive a credit to your account within 3 - 7 business days once all items have been returned to our shipping & receiving department. The credit will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 
DISCOUNTS

Discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied to any other offer. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Test, Books, DVDs and Consultations are excluded from all discounts. Valid shipping discounts only apply to U.S.A. orders.
