SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, International customs is constantly changing their policies. Therefore, Modern Manna health is not liable for duties and taxes or lost/sized orders do to customs refusal. We recommend that you contact customs before placing an order.

Please allow 3-7 business days after the product leaves our warehouse for delivery on ground orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy - even when things (occasionally) go wrong. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of unopened/unused products within 30 days of purchase excluding reimbursement for shipping. Juicers, dehydrators or other appliances can not be returned or exchanged.  Please call Customer Service for a return authorization at (209) 334-3868.

We apologize, but returns & replacements are not available for international orders.

HOW WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
If you ordered by credit card, you will receive a credit to your account within 3 - 7 business days once all items have been returned to our shipping & receiving department. The credit will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
FREE SHIPPING AND DISCOUNTS
When there is an offer for free shipping it will only apply to U.S.A. orders. Discounts and promotional codes can not be applied with any other offer.
